DESCRIPTION
The H11N1M is a high-speed optocoupler that optically couples an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode to an integrated circuit detector. Its output stage incorporates a Schmitt trigger, which provides hysteresis for excellent noise immunity and pulse shaping, and an open-collector design for maximum application flexibility. The device supports a typical data rate of 5 MHz (NRZ) and features a logic-compatible output that sinks up to 16 mA. The H11N1M is suitable for applications such as logic-to-logic isolation, line receivers, AC-to-TTL conversion, and interfacing computers with peripherals.
