描述

The MICROCHIP TECH PIC16F917-I/PT is part of PIC16F mid-range family with a 8-Bit RISC microcontroller. It can sustain standard temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, has 44 pin in TQFP-64 package and 20 MHz clock speed. This device has a Flash memory of 8 K words, a SRAM of 336 bytes, EEPROM of 256 bytes, three timers and two CCP module and 08 channels of 10 bits ADC. This MCU includes SSP & AUSART communication modules (I2C & SPI modules) with 53 I/O pins. It can be used to achieve various tasks.
