DESCRIPTION

GDB-V-6.3A is a fast-acting glass tube fuse with axial leads from the GDB Series, designed for overcurrent protection in electronic circuits. It features a 5 x 20mm physical size with glass tube and nickel-plated brass endcap construction, rated at 250Vac with a 63A interrupting capacity. The fuse has a typical DC cold resistance of 0.010O, typical melting I²t of 69 A²s, and maximum voltage drop of 120mV at rated current. Optional axial leads are 0.032" x 1.5" copper tinned, and the device is designed to IEC 60127-2 standards with UL and VDE approvals. This fuse is ideal for general-purpose circuit protection in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and power supplies where fast response to overcurrent conditions is required.
