DESCRIPTION

PSU43015A is a non-polarized, aluminum electrolytic AC motor start capacitor designed for reliable motor starting applications. The capacitor features a capacitance range of 430–516 µF with a rated voltage of 110/125 Vac, housed in a compact rugged bakelite case with dual quick-connect terminals. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 65°C and is designed for 50–60 Hz AC systems with a maximum power factor of 10%. The PSU43015A can be equipped with optional bleeder resistors and mounting brackets to extend relay contact life and facilitate installation on or off the motor. This design meets EIA RS-463 Type 2 specifications and is UL-listed (file no. E128034), making it suitable for industrial motor applications requiring compact, reliable starting capacitors.
