DESCRIPTION

PSU3635 is a non-polarized aluminum electrolytic AC motor start capacitor designed for motor starting applications. It features a capacitance range of 36-43 µF with a dual voltage rating of 220/250 Vac, housed in a compact rugged bakelite case (Case Code 1). The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 65°C and supports 50 Hz to 60 Hz operating frequency. With dimensions of approximately 1 7/16 inches diameter and 2 3/4 inches length, it offers dual quick-connect terminals and optional bleeder resistors for extending relay contact switch life. This capacitor meets EIA RS-463 Type 2 (Normal Performance) and is UL listed, making it suitable for various AC motor starting applications.
