DESCRIPTION

MC12FD360J-F is a multilayer RF capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring excellent RF performance and reliability. This 36 pF capacitor is rated for 500 Vdc operation in a 1210 case package, featuring a natural mica dielectric that maintains extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies. The device exhibits low ESR and high RF current capability with dV/dt of 20,000 V/µs, making it suitable for demanding RF circuits. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is wave solderable with FR4 board compatibility. Common applications include MRI coils, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and mobile radio systems where thermal cracking resistance and nonmagnetic performance are critical.
