DESCRIPTION
153249 is a Brady B-618 thermal transfer printable matte white polyester label stock designed for high-quality identification and labeling applications. It features a matte finish with permanent acrylic adhesive and a total thickness of 0.0028 inch (0.0711 mm) excluding liner. The label material offers excellent performance with a short-term high service temperature up to 180°C, high service temperature of 100°C for 30 days, and low service temperature of -40°C. It demonstrates strong adhesion to stainless steel at 61 oz/inch (67 N/100 mm) after 24-hour dwell and resistance to humidity, UV light, weathering, and salt fog. This label stock is UL and cUL recognized when printed with Brady Series R4900 or R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, making it ideal for printed circuit board topsides and rating plates requiring high-density alphanumerics, barcodes, and graphics.
