DESCRIPTION

The 4608X-102-124FLF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film conformal SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring a resistance value of 120 kO with ±1% tolerance. This device incorporates 2 to 7 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range), an insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The package delivers 1.00 watt power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and features Sn/Ag/Cu-plated terminations that are RoHS compliant. This component is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and other high-reliability electronic systems where low profile and design flexibility are essential.
