DESCRIPTION

The AZ851P1-3 is a microminiature polarized relay featuring a DPDT (2 Form C) contact arrangement with bifurcated crossbar contacts designed for low-voltage switching applications. It is rated for a maximum switched power of 60W or 62.5VA, with a maximum switched current of 1A and maximum switched voltage of 220VDC or 250VAC, while supporting a maximum carry current of 2A. The relay contacts are constructed from silver palladium with gold cladding, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance with contact resistance less than 50 milliohms initially. With an operate time of 2ms and release time of 1ms at nominal coil voltage, combined with a mechanical life expectancy of 2×105 cycles at 1A/30VDC and electrical life of 1×105 cycles at 0.5A/125VAC, this relay is well-suited for telecommunications, instrumentation, and industrial control applications requiring reliable miniature switching.
