AZ428-C408-202 is a miniature general-purpose relay featuring a sensitive DC current coil version with a nominal coil voltage of 44 VDC, maximum continuous voltage of 144 VDC, and coil resistance of 10,000 ohms (±10%). The relay must operate at 3.1 mA and features rugged construction with life expectancy exceeding 100 million mechanical operations and 500 million minimum mechanical cycles. It incorporates a balanced spring-held armature for dependable operation in any position, with contact resistance less than 50 milliohms initially, dielectric strength of 1500 Vrms (contact to coil) and 1000 Vrms (all other points), and insulation resistance of 1000 megohms minimum at 25°C. The relay operates over an ambient temperature range of -55°C to 80°C for 2 and 4 pole types, with mechanical bounce of 3 ms at nominal coil voltage and dropout greater than 5% of nominal coil voltage. This relay is ideal for low-power sensing applications, industrial control systems, and instrumentation where current-sensitive switching is required.
