AWSCR-4.00CPLA-C30-T4 is a miniature ceramic resonator designed for clock generation in microprocessor and industrial control applications. Operating at 4.00 MHz, it features a built-in capacitance of 30 pF (C1=C2) with ±20% tolerance, eliminating the need for external load capacitors. The resonator offers a frequency tolerance of ±0.5% and frequency stability of ±0.3%, with a typical resonant impedance of 30 O for the 3.50 MHz to 12.00 MHz range. It operates over an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is housed in a compact 6.0 x 3.0 x 1.8 mm package.
