DESCRIPTION

FCA1206C224M-H1 is a non-inductive stacked metallized film capacitor designed for filtering, decoupling, and noise attenuation in surface mount applications. This acrylic film capacitor features a capacitance of 0.22 µF with a rated voltage of 16 Vdc, operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and a dissipation factor of 0.015 at 1 kHz and +20°C. The device exhibits low ESR and non-polarized characteristics, with a dv/dt rating of 13 V/µs and maximum AC current ratings ranging from 0.25 Arms at 10 kHz to 0.84 Arms at 1 MHz. The 1206 case package measures 3.2 mm × 1.60 mm × 0.8 mm, making it suitable for compact circuit designs. FCA1206C224M-H1 is ideal for DC power bus noise attenuation, ripple filtering in DC-to-DC converters, and audio coupling applications where distortion-free performance and superior high-frequency filtering are required.
