DESCRIPTION

BLC150J701B4A is a polypropylene board mount DC link capacitor designed for high-reliability power electronics applications. It features a capacitance of 15 µF with a rated voltage of 700 Vdc, typical ESR of 5.2 mO at 10 kHz, and a maximum ripple current rating of 15 A rms. The capacitor utilizes advanced metallized film technology with self-healing properties, operating over a temperature range of -45°C to 85°C (ambient), and is housed in a compact Case Code A package with dimensions of 20 mm (W) × 40 mm (H) × 41.5 mm (L).
