AHER2282 is a compact power relay featuring a 2 Form A 1 Form B (2a1b) contact arrangement with a 24 V DC rated coil voltage, designed for high-capacity switching applications. The relay offers a maximum switching current of 80 A with a contact rating of 70 A at 277 V AC for Form A contacts, and includes a welding detection function via mirror contact mechanisms compliant with IEC60947-4-1. Key electrical characteristics include a coil resistance of 144.0 O, rated operating current of 167 mA, and rated operating power of 4,000 mW with a holding power of 490 mW. The relay features a minimum contact gap of 3.6 mm, dielectric strength of 5,000 V rms between Form A contact and coil, and surge withstand voltage of 10,000 V.
