DESCRIPTION

MC22FF681J-F is a multilayer RF capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications requiring high voltage performance. This capacitor features a capacitance value of 680 pF with a rated voltage of 1000 Vdc, housed in a 2220 case size measuring 5.7 mm × 5.0 mm × 2.0 mm. The device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and exhibits extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies with low ESR characteristics, making it ideal for RF power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and MRI applications. The natural mica dielectric construction provides rugged flexibility, FR4 board compatibility, and freedom from thermal cracking, while supporting high RF current with dV/dt capability of 20,000 V/µs.
