DESCRIPTION

MC12ED200J-F is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications. It features a capacitance of 20 pF with a voltage rating of 500 Vdc and is housed in a 1210 case size (3.2 mm x 2.5 mm). The natural mica dielectric provides extremely high Q at UHF/VHF frequencies with a dV/dt rating of 20,000 V/µs, and the construction is free from thermal cracking making it compatible with FR4 boards. This capacitor exceeds the 2 mm bend test and is wave solderable, making it ideal for MRI coils and generators, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and mobile radio applications.
