DESCRIPCIÓN
ZV11K1210401NIR1HT is a low voltage, high temperature SMD multilayer varistor from the Bourns ZVHT series, designed to protect sensitive electronic devices against high voltage surges in the low voltage region. It features a maximum continuous working voltage of 11 Vrms (14 Vdc), a varistor voltage of 18 V at 1 mA, and a clamping voltage of 33 V at 8/20 µs pulse. The device offers a maximum surge current of 400 A (8/20 µs) with a typical capacitance of 2600 pF, and operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. This varistor is available in a 1210 case size with NiSn barrier type end terminations suitable for Pb and Pb-free reflow soldering, making it ideal for protecting integrated circuits and other sensitive electronics in automotive and industrial applications.
