DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4820P-2-472LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 2 bussed circuits with 4700 ohms resistance per element. This medium body component is rated for 0.080 watt power per resistor at 70°C and offers a resistance tolerance of ±2% for values from 50 ohms to 2.2 megohms. The device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 ohms, and includes RoHS-compliant lead termination (LF designation). The package features standard EIA compatibility for automatic placement equipment, compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, and is available in tape and reel packaging. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where multiple matched resistors are required in a compact surface mount form factor.
