DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-T02-332LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring a bussed (2-circuit) configuration with dual terminator design. This component offers resistance values ranging from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with a tolerance of ±2% for values 50 ohms and above, and ±1 ohm for values below 50 ohms. The device is rated for a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 ohms. The 4816P model provides a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C, with individual resistor power ratings of 0.080 watt per circuit at 70°C. This RoHS-compliant component is AEC-Q200 qualified and packaged in standard EIA-compatible SOM-16 surface mount format with tape and reel packaging, making it ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks in high-reliability electronic systems.
