DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-T01-684LF is a thick film surface mount medium body resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration with 680 kO resistance value and RoHS-compliant lead termination. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O, and maintains a maximum insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms. The device is rated for 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C and features compliant leads designed to reduce solder joint fatigue, with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The 4816P-T01-684LF is AEC-Q200 qualified and supplied in tape and reel packaging compatible with automatic placement equipment, making it suitable for applications including DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks in high-reliability electronic systems.
