DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-T01-121LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration with 120 ohms resistance value. This medium-body component operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above. The device delivers 0.160 watts power rating per resistor at 70°C and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The RoHS-compliant package includes compliant leads designed to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it suitable for automatic placement equipment and tape-and-reel packaging. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks in precision signal conditioning and termination applications.
