DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-202LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 0.50V and offers resistance values from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with ±2% tolerance for values 50 ohms and above. The device features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 ohms and above, TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, and an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. The 4816P-1-202LF is RoHS compliant with lead frame material of copper solder-coated and a thermoplastic body, meeting MIL-STD-202 requirements for lead solderability. This resistor network is ideal for applications requiring precision termination in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits, offering improved tolerance to ±0.5% and compliance with AEC-Q200 qualification standards.
