DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-182LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C. This component offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O, operating reliably across -55°C to +125°C. The device is RoHS compliant with lead frame material of copper solder-coated and a thermoplastic body, meeting MIL-STD-202 requirements for solderability and environmental stress testing including thermal shock and moisture resistance. It is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network circuits, offering improved tolerance options down to ±0.5% and standard EIA package compatibility with automatic placement equipment.
