DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4420P-2-472LF is a thick-film surface-mounted bussed resistor network featuring 10 isolated resistor pairs (2-circuit configuration) in a standard SO-20L package. This component is designed for applications requiring multiple matched resistors with a resistance value of 4,700 ohms (code 472) and ±2% tolerance. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 50V, and delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. It features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for resistances of 50 ohms and above, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C for equal values. The 4420P-2-472LF is RoHS compliant with tin-plated leads, making it suitable for automated placement equipment and applications such as DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and precision analog signal conditioning where matched resistor networks are essential.
