DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4310R-101-684LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring 10 pins in a bussed electrical configuration with a resistance value of 680 kO. This low-profile component incorporates 10 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact solution for applications requiring multiple matched resistors. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a package power rating of 1.25 watts at 70°C, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C. The resistor network is RoHS compliant with tin-plated terminations, offers superior package integrity, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, and other precision circuit implementations.
