DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4308M-102-121 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring 4 isolated resistors of equal value with each resistor connected between two separate pins. This medium-profile component offers a power rating of 0.40 watts per resistor at 70°C and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO). The device provides a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, and insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum, with resistance tolerance of ±2% for values between 50 ohms and 5 megaohms. The isolated configuration makes it ideal for SCSI termination, DRAM applications, and other signal conditioning circuits requiring independent resistor paths, while its superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment ensure reliable performance in high-volume manufacturing environments.
