DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4116R-1-153LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin package with a resistance value of 15 kO and ±2% tolerance. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, and delivers a power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C with superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment. The device features tin-plated (RoHS-compliant) termination, meets MIL-STD-202 solderability requirements, and exhibits excellent environmental stability with dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS and insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor arrays are required.
