DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4114R-1-272LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 14 pins with 7 isolated resistors configured for independent circuit applications. This component provides a resistance value of 2,700 ohms (2.7 kO) with a standard tolerance of ±2%, and is available with improved tolerance options down to ±0.5%. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and a power rating of 0.250 watts per resistor at 70°C. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated (LF) termination ensures lead-free soldering compatibility, while the superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment make it ideal for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and other precision resistor network applications requiring isolated resistor elements.
