DESCRIPCIÓN
The 2056-09-B2LF is a light-duty 3-electrode gas discharge tube designed for surge protection in telecommunications, industrial, and consumer electronics applications. This compact device features a 6 mm diameter and 8 mm length with low capacitance (less than 2 pF at 1 MHz) and minimal insertion loss, making it ideal for high-frequency signal lines. The tube exhibits a DC sparkover voltage of 90 V at 100 V/s with impulse sparkover ratings of less than 750 V at 100 V/µs and less than 850 V at 1000 V/µs, providing reliable protection against transient overvoltages. It offers an insulation resistance greater than 1 GO, glow voltage of approximately 70 V at 10 mA, and can handle maximum impulse discharge currents of 5,000 A (8/20 µs) for 10 operations. The B2LF configuration includes 0.8 mm diameter leads with 4.4 mm spacing and is RoHS compliant with UL recognition, making it suitable for demanding protection applications requiring compact form factors and consistent performance across -30°C to +85°C operating temperatures.
