DESCRIPCIÓN

The MJL21193G is a silicon power transistor specifically designed for high-power audio output, disk head positioners, and other linear applications. It features a collector-emitter sustaining voltage of 250 Vdc and a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 25 at a collector current of 8 A. This device also has a typical current-gain bandwidth product of 4 MHz and is characterized for total harmonic distortion. Utilizing Perforated Emitter technology, the MJL21193G provides excellent gain linearity and a high Safe Operating Area (SOA), ensuring robust performance in demanding circuits.
