DESCRIPCIÓN

The MIC29150-12WU-TR is a high-current, high-accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulator with a fixed 12V output. It is designed to deliver a continuous current of 1.5A with a typical dropout voltage of only 350mV at full load, making it highly efficient. The device utilizes Micrel's proprietary Super βeta PNP® process, which results in very low ground current. It is fully protected against overcurrent faults, reversed input polarity, and overtemperature operation, ensuring robust performance across its –40°C to +125°C operating junction temperature range. Housed in a 3-pin TO-263 surface-mount package, this regulator is ideal for battery-powered equipment, automotive electronics, and high-efficiency linear power supplies.
