DESCRIPTION

075-8503-004 is a high-voltage flange gasket for the Cannon APD 4-way connector system designed for automotive and transportation applications. This gasket operates at temperatures from -30°C to +200°C and is rated for 500 V DC/AC with a maximum contact resistance of 5 mO and insulation resistance of 10 MO minimum. The connector system features a 2.5 mm contact system with PBT GF housing, HNBR sealing parts, and copper alloy contacts with tin or gold plating, providing robust performance in harsh environments. It meets IP 67 and IP 69K sealing ratings and demonstrates excellent fluid compatibility with brake fluid, ATF, and fuel. The gasket is commonly used in sensor systems, traction control, brake control, magnetic switch systems, and electric vehicle applications where reliable high-voltage connections are essential.
