DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR263S-35-1001F is a 35 W power resistor in TO263 D²PAK surface-mount package manufactured by Bourns using thick film technology on alumina ceramic substrate. The device features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), electrical isolation of the resistor from the backplate, and a thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in high-power applications. It operates across a wide temperature range from -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C, maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and dielectric strength of 2 kV AC. The resistor is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified, with ±1% tolerance available for most resistance values. Common applications include power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement equipment, and rectifier circuits where current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge functions are required.
