DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR221T-30-1000F is a TO-220 style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, designed for current limiting, capacitor discharge, and current measurement circuits in power supplies for telecom and industrial applications. The resistor features a power rating of 30 W at 25°C case temperature, resistance range from 0.02 O to 130 O with ±1% tolerance, and operates across -55°C to +150°C with a thermal resistance of 4.2°C/W. It incorporates low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), dielectric strength of 2 kV AC, and insulation resistance of 10 GO, with maximum operating voltage of 250 V. The device is AEC-Q200 compliant and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for automotive-grade applications including power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement, and rectifier circuits.
