DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4820P-2-104LF is a thick film surface mount bussed resistor network designed for medium-body applications requiring dual independent resistor circuits. This component features a resistance value of 100 kO (code 104) with ±2% tolerance, operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O. The device is housed in a 20-pin SOM package with RoHS-compliant lead finish (LF termination), rated for 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature, and is AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications. The bussed configuration provides two independent resistor circuits with shared common connections, making it ideal for termination networks, signal conditioning, and impedance matching in SCSI, DRAM, and other high-reliability electronic systems.
