DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-T02-104LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring a bussed (2-circuit) electrical configuration with 100 O resistance per element and ±2% tolerance. This medium-body component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O, and delivers 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. The device is housed in a 16-pin SOM package with RoHS-compliant lead finish, tape and reel packaging, and meets AEC-Q200 qualification standards. It is commonly used in DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination circuits where matched resistor pairs and reliable performance are essential.
