DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-2-223LF is a thick film surface mount bussed resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring a resistance value of 22 kO with ±2% tolerance and RoHS-compliant lead termination. This medium-body component operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O. The device delivers 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The bussed configuration (2-circuit) provides integrated resistor networks suitable for applications including DRAM, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination, offering improved tolerance to ±0.5% and AEC-Q200 qualification for automotive-grade reliability.
