DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-2-103 is a thick film surface mount bussed resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 resistors in a standard 16-pin SOM package with a resistance value of 10 kO at ±2% tolerance. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and a power rating of 0.080 watt per resistor at 70°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values within the package. The 4816P-2-103 is AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it suitable for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable resistor networks are required.
