DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-820LF is an isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 independent resistors in a surface mount medium body package. This thick film component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 50V and delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50O and above, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values within the package. The 4816P-1-820LF is RoHS compliant with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements, and features compliant leads designed to reduce solder joint fatigue. This component is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks such as DRAM circuits, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliability and thermal stability are essential.
