DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4816P-1-203LF is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 independent resistors in a 16-pin SOM package with isolated electrical configuration. This component is rated for a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above. The resistor network delivers 0.160 watt power rating per resistor at 70°C and maintains an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum, with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The device is RoHS compliant with lead-free termination (LF suffix), AEC-Q200 qualified, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor matching and isolation are required.
