DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4814P-2-272 is a thick film surface mount bussed resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring 8 resistors in a standard 14-pin SOM (Small Outline Medium) package. This bussed configuration (circuit code 2) provides two common bus lines with individual resistor elements, delivering a power rating of 0.080 watt per resistor at 70°C and a total package power rating of 1.12 watts. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, and ±250 ppm/°C for values below 50 O, with resistance values ranging from 10 ohms to 2.2 megohms. The 4814P-2-272 is AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable, compact resistor networks are required.
