DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4309R-101-100LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a 9-pin bussed configuration with 100 ohm resistance elements. This low-profile component incorporates 9 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact solution for applications requiring multiple matched resistors. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and a package power rating of 1.13 watts at 70 °C. The component is RoHS compliant with tin-plated terminations, meets MIL-STD-202 soldering requirements, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI bus termination, and R/2R ladder networks in digital and analog signal processing circuits.
