DESCRIPCIÓN
The 4308M-101-223 is an 8-pin thick film molded SIP resistor network featuring a bussed configuration (101 circuit) with 22 kO resistance value and ±2% tolerance. This medium profile device incorporates 7 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a common bus (pin 1) and separate pins, offering increased power handling capability. The network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and a power rating of 0.25 watts per resistor at 70°C. The device is RoHS compliant, compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and features superior package integrity with tin-plated leads, making it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where multiple matched resistors are required.
