DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4306M-102-101LF is a 6-pin thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring isolated resistor configuration with medium profile design. This component incorporates 2 isolated thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins, with a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms and a maximum operating voltage of 100 V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 megohms) and ±250 ppm/°C (below 50 O and above 2.2 megohms), offering improved tolerance to ±0.5%. The 4306M-102-101LF is RoHS compliant with tin-plated termination, features superior package integrity, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in compact form factors such as DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks.
