DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4116R-2-220 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring a bussed (2-circuit) configuration with 16 pins and 15 resistors with a common pin. This component is designed for applications requiring multiple matched resistors in a compact package, such as DRAM, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination circuits. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100V and offers a package power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C. It features superior package integrity, compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, and is available in RoHS-compliant versions. The resistor network provides reliable performance with low temperature coefficient tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, making it suitable for precision signal conditioning and termination applications.
