DESCRIPCIÓN

The 4114R-2-103LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring a 14-pin bussed configuration with 13 resistors and a common pin 14. This device provides a 10 kO resistance value with ±2% tolerance and is designed for automatic insertion equipment compatibility. The resistor network operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C, and a power rating of 0.125 watts per resistor at 70°C. The package features superior integrity with a novolac epoxy body, copper solder-coated lead frame, and RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and dual terminator resistor networks where integrated resistor arrays provide space and cost efficiency.
