DESCRIPTION

BV302S12015-ZU is a sealed PCB-mounted transformer rated at 1.5VA with an EI 30-12.5 core, designed for 230V 50/60 Hz primary input and 12V secondary output. The transformer features a secondary voltage of 12±10% with a maximum no-load voltage of 19.3V and secondary current capacity of 125 mA. It meets stringent safety standards including UL506, UL1585 (class 2 and class 3), VDE, EN61558, and EN60950, with an insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum at 500VDC and hi-pot rating of 4200Vrms at 1mA for 1 second between primary and secondary. The transformer operates at a maximum ambient temperature of 70°C and is housed in a compact sealed package with dual output configuration options. This transformer is ideal for low-power AC-to-DC conversion applications in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and medical devices requiring certified isolation and compact form factors.
