DESCRIPTION

The 173-9-220P is a DeltaPad™ thermally conductive insulator designed to create an efficient thermal interface between a TO-220 semiconductor and a heat sink. This greaseless insulator is 0.009 inches thick and provides a minimum breakdown voltage of 5,000V and a volume resistivity of at least 1.0 x 10⁹ megohm-cm. It features a minimum thermal conductivity of 3 x 10⁻³ cal/cm sec °C and operates over a continuous use temperature range of -60°C to +200°C. As a clean alternative to thermal greases, it is ideal for applications requiring reliable thermal management and electrical isolation for semiconductors.
