DESCRIPTION
The 1.5M12-P0.5 is a miniature, micro-sized high-voltage biasing supply designed for applications requiring a well-regulated positive voltage up to 1500 VDC. Operating from a 12 VDC input, this module delivers 0.5 W of output power with a corresponding maximum output current of 0.33 mA. It features tight line and load regulation of less than 0.01%, low residual ripple of less than 0.01% peak-to-peak, and a temperature coefficient of 100 ppm/°C. The device includes built-in arc and continuous short-circuit protection, making it a robust and reliable solution for applications like photomultiplier tubes (PMT), avalanche photodiodes (APD), and silicon detectors (SiD).
