DESCRIPTION

The MR60 is a portable pin and pinless moisture meter designed for professional moisture verification in wood and construction materials. It features an integrated pinless sensor for non-destructive surface scanning and an external pin probe for resistive moisture content measurements, with eleven material group selections for pin-based readings and programmable reference points for pinless scanning. The meter offers a pinless measurement range of 0–100 relative with a maximum depth of 1.9 cm, pin moisture accuracy of ±1.5% for wood groups 1–9 (7%–30% and 30%–100%) and construction materials (0–20%), and a sample rate of 10 Hz with response times of 100 ms (pinless) and 750 ms (pin mode). Built with IP54 rating and rated to withstand a 3-meter drop, the MR60 includes a 2.3-inch color TFT display, 4 GB internal memory for storing up to 9,999 images and readings in CSV format, and a rechargeable 3.7 V 3000 mAh Li-ion battery providing up to 18 hours of continuous runtime. Common applications include moisture assessment in building inspections, water damage restoration, wood flooring installation, and construction material quality control.
